👩🏫 Upcoming: Dr. Chu teaches the afternoon session on vibe-coding tools at the AI Jumpstart Bootcamp, run by the Texas A&M Institute of Data Science with High Performance Research Computing.
📝 Publication: PhD student Yumi Chang's first paper, Applying artificial intelligence to automate clinical data extraction from veterinary electronic health records, is out in the Veterinary Pathology special issue on artificial intelligence — open access.
🎤 Invited talk: Less pAIn, More gAIn: A Starter Guide to AI Literacy for Veterinary Professionals at the AVMA Convention 2026 in Anaheim, hosted by IDEXX.
✈️ Workshop: Dr. Chu and Dr. Mary Nabity delivered a two-day workshop on cytology, urinalysis and renal biomarkers for the Taiwan Academy of Veterinary Internal Medicine, attended by more than 200 veterinarians.
